The first edition of the INNO'SWEET conference will take place in Bordeaux on December 12, 2023. This conference organized by the AGIR technical center aims to develop links between applied and academic research with the industrial public through a focus on the universe sweet products. INNO’SWEET particularly encourages students and young researchers (doctoral students, post-doctoral researchers) to submit a summary of their work to come and present.
